Shared Family Payment Methods – Archy Preprod

In this article, you will learn how to create a shared family payment method. Saved Credit Cards and Patient Wallets can be marked as a "Family Payment". Those Credit Cards and Patient Wallets will appear as available payment methods for any invoice due for each linked family member.

Note: Only linked family members can use the Family Payment Methods from that account. Patients can pay using their wallet or card on file to make a family payment without the payment being marked for family use. However, you can not use these if other family members make a payment from their accounts and they are not marked as Family Payment Methods.

In the patient's billing, select Manage Payment Methods.

Select if you want to make the Patient Wallet, Credit Card, or both as a Family Payment Method.

Note: Funds must be available in the Patient Wallet before it can be marked as a Family Payment Method.

Select if you want to make the Patient Wallet and/or Credit Card as a Family Payment Method.

From here, you can add funds to the Patient Wallet and add a New Card if needed.

From this screen, you can also add funds to the Patient Wallet or add a New Card.

Click Done when complete.
