Text To Pay: Patient Experience – Archy Preprod

In this article, we will show you what it looks like for your patients when they click on the text-to-pay link.

When a patient clicks the link in the text message, they will be prompted to enter the patient's Date of Birth.

Once the patient clicks the link in their text message, they will be prompted to enter the patient's Date of Birth.

After they enter the patient's Date of Birth, they will click Next.

Once they enter the patient's Date of Birth, they will click Next.

After they click next, they will see the balance of the account and the options below to pay.

Note: They can pay by Credit Card or FSA/HSA Card.

If the patient would like to see a detailed breakdown of what they are paying for, they can log into their patient portal by clicking the link at the bottom.

Note: When a Text-To-Pay link is sent, Archy will automatically generate a new statement for those patients. They will be able to view that statement in their patient portal.

After they have filled out their Credit Card, or FSA/HSA Card information, they will click Pay Now.

A receipt will be sent to the email address they provided on the payment screen.
