Text Message 'Failed to Send'

Text messages can fail for many reasons. The top couple of reasons a text will fail:

1. Their carrier is experiencing high traffic or technical issues.
2. The number is no longer in service.
3. The text was marked as spam.
4. The receiving number has blocked the sending number. 

 
Typically we see this issue in Archy when the carrier has a lot of text traffic or if it was marked as spam. Most of the time, clicking on resend will result in the text successfully being sent to the patient.
