Go to Messaging.
Select the patient that was included in the Bulk Text.
The bulk text message will show as an “Auto text” and will either show as sent or “Scheduled to Send Soon” if it is still queued to go out.
If a message is “Scheduled to send” you have the option to cancel it by using the trash can button.
You can cancel just the message to that user, or any of the bulk texts that have not yet been sent.
