Bulk Texting and Email

Communicate efficiently with your patients in Archy by sending bulk messages. Learn how to reach specific patient groups using the Patients List, Daily Huddle, ASAP List, or Reports. This guide walks you through each method, allowing you to choose the best fit for your workflow. The limit to send is 200 SMS.

Bulk Messaging from the Patients List

Easily contact groups of patients directly from your main patient directory.

Open the Patients list.

Use the filters in the upper right corner to refine your patient list.

Select all or choose specific patients to message.

Click the Message option.

Pick the patient's preferred method of contact: Preferred, SMS, Email, or Both.

Write your message.

Use the forward slash `/` to insert available variables.

Click Send.

Confirm the number of recipients, then click Send again.

Bulk Messaging from the Daily Huddle

Reach all or select patients scheduled for today right from your Daily Huddle.

Click the Daily Huddle icon at the top of your schedule.

View the list of patients scheduled for today.

Apply filters on the right to narrow your patient list.

Select all or specific patients.

Then, click Message.

Choose the communication channel.

Write your message. Remember to use the forward slash key to use the variables.

Click Send.

Bulk Messaging from the ASAP List

Contact patients from your ASAP List who are waiting to be scheduled.

Select the ASAP List icon (fourth at the top of your schedule).

Choose patients to contact.

Click the bulk messaging option.

Select your channel.

Write your message. Remember to use the forward slash key to use the variables.

Click Send when finished.

Bulk Messaging from Reports

Use reports to communicate with patients based on account activity or recall status.

Open the Reports Dashboard.

Select the Aging dashboard.

Now select the Patient Details tab.

Refine your list using page filters at the top of the dashboard.

You can also use the filters on each column to further refine the patient list.

Select Request Payment.

Choose your Statement Date Range.

Choose your Channel. With the Aging dashboard, you will also have the option of Mail. This feature has an additional fee when used.

Write your message. When messaging from the Aging report, ensure to use the Payment Link variable.

Click Send.

The Second report is the Overdue Recalls dashboard.

Select Patient Details.

Filter the list using the column filters.

Choose Message Patients.

Select the Channel.

Write your message. Remember to use the forward slash key for the variables.

Click Send.
