This article will guide you through the process of downgrading your AIS software, a useful step when troubleshooting imaging problems in Archy.
Step 1: Start by locating the AIS icon in your taskbar. It might be hidden in the drop-down window.

Step 2: Right-click on the AIS icon and select Enable Downgrades.

Step 3: Next, double-click on the AIS icon. You'll see a new option stating Available Older versions. Select the version recommended by the Archy support team for the downgrade. Then, hit the downgrade button

Step 4: The AIS software will start downgrading your software version to the selected one. This process usually takes one to two minutes. You'll notice a progress bar on your screen.
Step 5: After the update completes, verify it by opening the AIS software. You'll see the downgraded version number under Application Version.
