Transferring X-Rays To A Different Patient

In this tutorial, you'll learn how to transfer radiographs (x-rays) from one patient's account to another. This is useful when radiographs (x-rays) have been exposed or imported to the wrong account.

Navigate to the patient's account where the X-rays are currently located. Proceed to their imaging section.

Identify the X-rays that need to be transferred. If you know which mount it is, click the three-dot menu on the right.

Click on the Transfer option.

Search for the patient where the X-rays need to be transferred.

Select the correct patient and click on Transfer Mount.

Next, choose to Stay on this Patient or View the transferred Mount in the correct patient's account.

If there are multiple mounts and you're unsure which one needs to be transferred:

Double-click to open the mount.

If this is the correct mount, hold Shift, and select each of the images in the mount.

Click on the Transfer icon in the upper right corner.

Select Other Patient.

Search for the patient where the X-rays need to be transferred.

Decide whether to create a new mount or import the X-rays into an existing mount.

Click on Transfer Images.

Choose to Stay on this Patient or View the transferred Mount in the correct patient's account.
