In this article, you will learn about Invoice Entries
Note: If an invoice is created with multiple appointments, that invoice will appear underneath each appointment. However, the procedures displayed about that invoice will only show the information relevant to the appointment.
From the patient billing, click the drop-down next to the appointment to open it.
Click the drop-down next to Invoice.
You can view the invoice by clicking on the 3 Dot menu and then clicking View.
From with the Invoice, you will have the same functionality as before like voiding an invoice and collecting payment.
Once you open the invoice you will see any payments made towards the invoice.
These payments will be allocated to the specific appointment.
Next to each payment is a 3-dot menu that has a few actions.

View Receipt: You can view the payment receipt and print it.

Edit Payment: You can edit the payment information if there are any inaccuracies.

Note: You cannot edit credit card payments and you cannot edit other payment types after 7 days of posting.

Next, you will see a list of procedures associated with the Invoice/Appointment.
To the right of the procedures, you will the Amount column.
This will show any patient portion for each procedure.
The total collectible $ amount is at the bottom of the column.
Adjustments that are applied directly to the invoice will appear underneath the invoice.
