Claims:
➡️ Improved the claim validation logic for attachments required to verify each required attachment type (x-ray, perio chart, or narrative) is attached instead of counting each attachment.
➡️ Offices can now change the status of a linked claim between Open and Closed.
➡️ Fixed a bug where some filters weren't shown as active in the Claims List View.
➡️ New feature adds the ability to write comments on fee schedules. Like elsewhere in the platform, comments cannot be deleted but can be edited by the user who wrote them.
➡️ Fixed a bug where a facility NPI was being added erroneously to the service location section of a claim.
➡️ Offices can now Skip payment on claims with $0 insurance estimates. This is especially helpful for claims where assignment of benefits is the patient, allowing you to close out claims you don't expect payment on.
Patient:
➡️ New patient form templates have been added to all practices.
➡️ The Patient Information form that feeds directly into the fields on the patient overview section of Archy has now been updated to include every field (things like emergency contact name and number, etc). Practices can update this form in their forms settings to make the fields required or optional. If the patient's overview already has information filled in and they receive the form, the patient will not be required to fill out those fields again.
➡️ There is a new patient alert called "Text Opt Out". This alert is added to a patient if the phone number associated with them opts out of texting. If they opt back in, the alert is automatically removed as long as no extra notes have been added to it. Practices can control whether or not they want these alerts automatically added.
Fees:
➡️ Fixed a bug where the printed treatment plan was not calculating fees correctly based on insurance maximums and any procedures that had a manually overridden insurance estimate on them.
Charting:
➡️ New clinical notes templates have been added to all practices.
➡️ Made area selection on D8660 optional.
Clinical:
➡️ Fixed an issue where practices were unable to print patient notes
Employee:
➡️ Only employees with the admin role can delete documents from a patient account.
➡️ Released the Archy Mobile App.
➡️ New permission availabe under Patient Profile and Charting so that you can set whether a role has access to delete patient documents.
Schedule:
➡️ Fixed a bug allowing the pronunciation now shows on the appointment cards again if a practice has set it to show in their Schedule Design settings.
Reporting:
➡️ There is a new report under the "Contacts" dashboard called SMS Opt Outs. This report shows the patient name, contact name (if applicable), opt out person, opt out date, opt out phone number, patient email, and their preferred communication.
Settings:
➡️ Added better controls to archive and unarchive patient form templates, clinical note templates, and rooms within settings.
Billing:
➡️ Payment Plans released to all Archy users.
➡️ Payment plans now show a history of updates such as status updates, changes to payment methods on the plan, changes to the plan including total amount, number of payments, date of payments, frequency of payments, etc.
➡️ Payment plans with family cards applied on them that weren't owned by the main patient on the payment plan were not getting their automatic payments made. We have fixed this issue so scheduled payments should run even when a family card is used.
➡️ In payment plans, if a payment is processed, then refunded, then processed again, you can now see all the receipts rather than just the last receipt.
