February 2025 - Release Notes

Day-to-day: 
➡️Fixed a bug related to the Save Kiosk to Home screen function. Previously it was saving the incorrect page creating a broken link. Those who previously experienced this issue should create a new homepage link on your kiosk device. The Kiosk page is saved when you follow the instructions listed in Settings > Patient > Kiosk. 
Charting: 
➡️ Fixed a bug where users were receiving an error when trying to print a treatment plan that included a procedure that had been deleted. All treatment plans are able to be printed. 
➡️ The clinical notes templates now appear alphabetically within the note categories.
Collections, Claims, Calculations: 
➡️ If you override the UCR Amount or the Negotiated Rate on a procedure in a patient's chart, you will now also be required to enter the Patient Estimate, Insurance Estimate, and Patient Deductible Amounts ensuring those amounts are manually set and cannot be overridden by Archy's calculations which previously updated those fields by using UCR, Negotiated Rate, insurance coverages, etc. 
➡️ You can now create additional claims for the same procedures, insurance carrier, and insurance ordinal associated with a previous claim. 
➡️ If a procedure on an appointment is left off of a claim, the full amount is no longer automatically transferred to the patient responsibility. Instead, the insurance and patient estimates on any procedure left off a claim will be unchanged. This allows you to decide if you want to submit an additional claim for any procedures left off, or to change the insurance/patient responsibility amounts directly on the patient's chart as needed. 
Reporting:
➡️Fixed a bug adding a column for payment details when downloading the collections report to a CSV.
➡️Fixed a bug where Reports 2 and 5 were not loading for users.
