Day-to-day:
➡️ Customizable appointment statuses can now be managed in Settings > Scheduling.
➡️ Fixed a bug where days without schedule guides were sometimes shown as "open" on the calendar date picker.
Charting:
➡️ Fixed a bug to maintain color coding on periochart comparisons.
➡️ The status of procedures on the treatment plan can now be changed directly on the treatment plan. For example, a procedure that was marked planned can be moved to scheduled. A scheduled procedure can be moved back to planned, existing other, or deleted.
Collections, Claims, Calculations:
➡️ We disabled the auto-verify and auto-fill buttons on archived insurance plans. Now, a red banner appears letting you know that the plan has been archived on all pages.
➡️ When secondary and tertiary claims are being processed, the patient amount on the secondary claim cannot be greater than the patient amount entered on the primary.
➡️ Archy now supports you having additional addresses that can be selected during the claim submission process.
Patient Portal:
➡️ Removed the option to cancel an appointment in the patient portal. Patients will have to contact the office to cancel an appointment.
