Day-to-day:
➡️ Fixed a bug in Schedule Guides. If a recurring schedule guide was created and one day of the guide was deleted, it was still showing as available in online booking. This is no longer happening.
➡️ Updated the sections for patient forms and clinical note templates to list them in alphabetical order.
➡️Mango fixed a bug preventing AI call summary transcripts from populating into Archy.
Charting:
➡️ Updated codes D8090, D8080, D8070, and D8091 to make selecting an area optional. Updated D7921 to allow for a tooth and surface to be selected, D7270 to allow for a tooth to be selected, D5213 to allow quadrant, and D5214 to allow quadrant and surface. While these updates don't match the ADA recommendations for these codes, some insurance carriers have different requirements, which is why we made them more flexible.
Collections, Claims, Calculations:
➡️ New EOB processing flow and you now have the ability to edit insurance payments. You also can now process one EOB with multiple insurance carriers (like Delta Dental Washington and Delta Dental California).
➡️ Eligibility verification has been split from benefits autofill.
➡️ A new eligibility status of "inactive" has been added.
➡️ Now the verification status and associated buttons are more visible to you.
➡️ A purple lightning bolt icon has been added on auto-filled benefit data as well as an indicator screen letting you know that the data was auto-filled.
➡️ You now have the ability to decide what should happen if there are Group Number mismatches.
➡️ Fixed a bug that allows you to submit a secondary claim even if the number of procedures does not match what was on the primary claim. This is helpful in cases where 2 separate primary claims may have been submitted for different procedures, but one secondary claim is being submitted for all of them.
➡️ Fixed a bug where uploading an EOB was not saving while processing EOBs.
➡️ D5284 now allows you to select a tooth or tooth range
➡️ Removed an Archy validation that was preventing you from submitting a secondary claim if the primary claim had a different number of procedures listed (this can happen when 2 primary claims are submitted that cover different procedures from the appointment).
Reporting:
➡️ The payroll report which shows how many hours each employee worked (previously report #13) is now located under the Employees section of Archy. You must have permission to view employees to view this report.
Patient Portal:
➡️ Fixed a bug preventing one version of Safari from loading the patient portal
Imaging:
➡️ Fixed an issue where the X button to dismiss was not appearing in certain cases while trying to capture with an IO camera.
➡️ Released updates to how Archy stores sensor settings. Previously, sensor settings (brightness, contrast, gamma, order images are saved into Archy, rotation, etc.) had to be configured per computer and were saved on the browser. This caused issues if your staff used different browsers or cleared their cookies. Now, these are stored in Archy Imaging Service which allows you to set the settings once and they will be available on all computers. This update also moves Mango phone extensions into Archy Imaging Service so that specific computers can be assigned specific extensions, also without relying on the browser.
