Scheduling:
➡️ You now have the ability to archive and unarchive a room, rather than delete it allowing you to return to it.
➡️ Priority is now shown on the list of procedures when trying to add procedures from the treatment plan to an appointment.
➡️ Online booking settings now allow you to customize the final confirmation page of the booking flow. This supports tracking with Google Ads and marketing initiatives.
➡️ When changing the time of an appointment by dragging it around the schedule, there is now an extra step for you to confirm that they want to make the change. This is to prevent it from being too easy to accidentally move an appointment or wondering how an appointment was changed or moved.
Billing:
➡️ Fixed a bug where adding a card from the Collect Payment drawer wasn't working and would charge the card already in file.
➡️ UCR, Negotiated Rate, and Patient Estimate are not all shown in the appointment details of the snapshot. Previously it either or, but not both.
Reporting:
➡️ New Payments navigation in Archy that provides a real-time report of all transactions for a given day. This is useful for printing or downloading and end-of-day reconciliation report.
➡️
Procedures:
➡️ D1206 is now set as a hygiene procedure by default.
Fees and Insurance:
➡️ Fixed a bug where you were not able to add a new fee schedule because the page would not load.
➡️ You now have the ability to verify insurance eligibility in the daily huddle allowing you to verify your entire schedule, one day at a time.
➡️ You now have access to the Autofill button on the Carrier page of a patient's insurance, allowing you to use Autofill to find the group ID.
➡️ Archy now displays non-billable insurance codes (as defined by the ADA) in draft claims. These are codes marked [no_bill_insurance] on the CDT Procedures list. By default, the non-billable code will be unchecked – meaning it won't be sent on the claim unless added manually by you.
Claims/Charting:
➡️ You can now edit the estimates of procedures on completed appointments where a sent claim exists but the specific procedure was not sent on any claim.
➡️ Ability to select "Do Not Bill Insurance" on procedures allowing you to specify certain codes to automatically exclude from draft claims.
➡️ Fixed a bug where you could not clear the due date of a recall for a patient if they previously had that recall done. Now you can clear the recall due date for a patient and it will remain cleared until that procedure is completed again, at which time Archy will recalculate the next due date.
➡️ Fixed a bug causing custom codes to appear in claims, causing validation errors. Custom codes no longer appear in claims.
Patients:
➡️ There is now a new setting for forms that allows you to designate whether a form should be automatically attached to a patient for a first appointment only or to any appointment that meets certain conditions. Examples of conditions include appointments that contain various procedures, or if the form is expired. Each form can have an expiration period assigned (e.g. expire after 6 months) or the form can remain completed.
