Scheduling:
➡️ Updated the CDT codes with the list of 2026 updates.
➡️ There's now a keyboard shortcut for HIPAA view -- Simply hit ⌘H to turn ON and OFF the HIPAA view on your schedule.
Insurance:
➡️ Fee Schedule Management Features: page redesign with separate full screen editor, show change mounts. Bulk edit tools to increase/decrease by percentage or dollar amount, including rounding. Import from CSV.
➡️ Added a new feature which allows you to copy fees from one fee schedule to another.
➡️ When editing a fee schedule, we now display the fee in the "Updated Value" field allow users to unset a fee.
➡️ Fixed a bug when displaying multiple fee schedule amounts in the edit view.
➡️ Scheduled fee changes - offices can now schedule fee changes to take effect on a future date, allowing office to update fee schedules when it's convenient for them without adversely affecting their estimates.
➡️ We now show a warning when the Fee Schedule amount for a code is higher than the practice UCR.
➡️ Fixed a bug that was not allowing select fee schedules to be added to patient insurance plans.
Claims:
➡️ Added the ability to edit the total insurance payment on an In Progress EOB, along with changing to "Steps" to be a progress bar.
➡️ Fixed a bug where the insurance payment total on an EOB wasn't automatically calculating.
➡️ Updated GEHA to use line item level COB calculation on claims.
Charting:
➡️ Fixed a bug with opening existing lab cases and the patient name not populating.
➡️ Now you only have to click the + icon once rather than twice on a procedure in a patient's chart to create an associated lab case.
➡️ Updated D7286 to allow arch, quadrant, and tooth range selection
Patient:
➡️ Fixed a bug where uploading a document to complete a form was not saving the document to the correct folder. It will now add the document to the folder designated for the form in settings.
Employee:
➡️ We've added a new permission to give practices control over which employees can edit the estimated patient and insurance fees on a procedure versus editing the UCR and Negotiated Rate on a patient procedure. The main "Claims" permission allows an employee to edit estitmates on a procedure. There is now an additional sub-permission called "Edit Procedure Fees" which applies to editing the UCR and Negotiated Rate of a patient procedure.
Comms:
