➡️ When Primary Insurance Is Added or Replaced: Archy instantly verifies coverage whenever primary insurance is added or updated in your system.
➡️ Reset Eligibility to Not Verified: Choose when to reset eligibility status after appointments (next day or monthly) to ensure fresh verification for future visits.
Claims:
➡️ Fixed a bug where the amounts were not adding correctly in an EOB
➡️ Removed the ortho date of placement and months remaining as required fields for claims and pre-auths. DentalXChange will return a validation error if these fields are required, making it payer specific now instead of required on all ortho codes.
➡️ Added the claim payment amount to the list view in the Claim Center, including insight available when you hover showing the original estimate.
Scheduling:
➡️ Appointment cards now show the first initial and last name of every provider, allowing those of you with doctors with the same last name to have better visibility into which doctor is on the appointment
Patient:
➡️ The Insurance Info form has been updated to reduce the number of patients skipping the form even if they have dental insurance. It now starts with a question - Do you have dental insurance? If yes, the patient is required to add insurance details before they can submit the form.
Reporting:
➡️ Added the Patient's primary insurance carrier information to the Aging - Patient Details reports
