Patient:
➡️ The forms found in the patient portal are now the same forms that are attached to upcoming patient appointments. Your patients will no longer receive duplicate requests to update forms.
➡️ Fixed an issue where the practice logo wasn't showing up on the generated PDFs
➡️ Fixed a bug that added back the "Resend Invite" button to every patient on their patient overview.
➡️ Fixed an issue where patients thought they were submitting new insurance details via a form, but they were actually clicking the main "Save" button on the form rather than the button to save the new details. Now, when adding a new insurance via the Insurance Form, patients will not be able to submit the entire form until they "Save" the new insurance details.
Reporting:
➡️ Fixed a bug where provider goals were not showing as saved.
➡️ Fixed a bug where not all adjusted production was showing up on the Production Dashboard, so the Adjusted Production on the Financial summary and the adjusted production on the Production Dashboard did not match.
➡️ Goal setting and tracking is now available for all customers with a gold or platinum package
➡️ Fixed a bug where goals were calculating incorrectly if a time block had been set for a provider because we were not including the first minute of the hour after the time block
Communications:
➡️ Archy made efficiency improvements to loading the messaging page within Archy. Now it loads faster when looking at all of your text messages with patients.
➡️ Pre-appointment automated messaging now has options to be triggered by certain procedures in the appointment.
Claims:
➡️ Fixed a bug where claim attachments are being inadvertently removed when modifying existing attachments
➡️ Fixed a bug where you were getting a "Something went wrong" error when opening the Perio Chart tab under claim attachments when the patient didn't have any perio charts.
➡️ You can now add both Archy Imaging and external images on the same claim as attachments. Previously, you could only add images from a mount or external images
Charting:
➡️ You can now customize the treatment plan. Visit forms in Settings, and select the List of Procedures on the Treatment Plan form to adjust which columns (CDT Code, UCR Fee, Neg Rate, Ins Est, Patient Est) show, and set whether fees should be itemized by procedure or summarized for each priority grouping of procedures.
➡️ Fixed a bug where draft claims with a validation error were not registering as "Outstanding Claim" in the Aging reporting dashboard
➡️ Fixed a bug where the itemized treatment plan was no longer showing subtotals by priority. The subtotals are back now.
Scheduling:
➡️ Fixed a bug where treatment plan category schedule guides with full overlap (0 stagger) were not showing the correct slots as available in the slot finder.
Employees:
➡️ People with access to Employee Management can now deactivate e-prescription for a provider. This should only be done if the provider won't need to prescribe again for the office, since reactivation is difficult and will require outreach to Archy.
Imaging:
➡️ Fixed a bug where image exports didn't include the patient name. This has been fixed and the default when exporting now includes all annotations, if there are any on the image file.
➡️ Updated the download options for images to include a Print (PDF) option. Reinstated the print option.
➡️ You can now add text annotations to images.
➡️ You can now add tooth conditions to images.
➡️ You now have the option to decide if you want to include annotations (and Pearl Analysis) when sending a claim to insurance companies.
➡️ Fixed a bug where Custom Mounts were not saving the mount type.
➡️ Fixed a bug where adding external attachments, then editing them, removed the attachments from the claim.
➡️ Fixed a bug where the attachment type (x-ray, narrative, perio chart) was not being indicated when added to claim, causing a validation warning when submitting a claim.
➡️ Restored a feature that allowed users to adjust the brightness and contrast of an image by dragging their mouse across the image.
➡️ You can now change the image type from Photo to X-Ray when dealing with imported images in a mount. This is particularly important when attaching imported images in a mount to a claim. If the claim wants an X-Ray, but the mount only contains photos, it will give a validation error.
Security:
➡️ Archy removed the security step asking a user to provide the last 4 digits of their SSN if they are trying to use the account switcher.
