Reporting:
➡️ Adjusted production was added to the additional views/tabs on the Production Dashboard. You will now see "By Patient" and "By Procedure."
➡️ Fixed a bug where replacements appeared in the AR aging report that should not have.
Imaging:
➡️ You can now create your own mount layouts with options to set a template name, capture sequence, number of images, and pre-label tooth numbers. Offices can also choose which mount layouts appear when capturing new mounts on a per-workstation basis.
➡️ When exporting images or mounts, you can choose to export to JPEG and add image compression.
➡️ When exporting images or mounts, you can choose to include different layers such as annotations, filters, and/or Pearl AI image analysis.
Scheduling:
➡️ Fixed a bug with multibooting settings for "Treatment Plan" category appointments. Previously, the booking rules were not properly applied, hindering online booking slots.
Charting/Claims:
➡️ ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes can now be added to procedures. Once added to procedures, these codes are automatically included on the claim, which is required by certain payers in certain states.
➡️ Archy has adjusted the requirements for selecting whether a procedure is an "initial" or "replacement." This information is not required when charting. If you select "replacement" while charting, adding the replacement date is optional. Please note that this information is required for the claim. A claim cannot be submitted without selecting "initial" or "replacement," and if selecting replacement, the replacement date must be added.
➡️ A procedure can now be edited from the draft claim view, making it easier to correct any issues with the procedure itself or add additional information that is necessary for the claim.
➡️ If your connection to DentalXChange is broken, you can now re-authorize your account directly within Archy.
➡️ The default Service Address is now your practice address instead of the your practice billing address.
➡️ Pre-Authorizations and Estimate Overrides are now included in calculating the maximum remaining amount for other procedures.
➡️ You can now archive custom carriers if patients and plans are not associated with them. When a carrier is archived, all archived patient insurance relationships will be unable to be archived. You cannot unarchive an insurance carrier.
➡️ You can now change the payer relationship of one or many insurance plans. To do this: select the plans, then choose the "Change Carrier" action button (umbrella icon), choose the carrier to change the plans to, and confirm your selection. This cannot be undone! Please ensure you are certain of your change before proceeding.
➡️ A lock icon now appears next to Archy Global Carriers letting you know it is a global carrier. Global carriers offer confirmed details making it easier to submit your claims.
➡️ You can now change the carrier on an insurance plan directly in the "Edit Plan" drawer.
➡️ You can now determine if you want to require the designation of initial or replacement for certain procedures when charting.
Patients:
➡️ A new insurance form is now available that can be set up to automatically attach to patient appointments. When patients complete it, the information will automatically be added to their Patient Insurance section in their chart.
➡️ Fixed a bug where the form automation for "To first appointment" was attaching the form to every next patient's appointment
➡️ The medical history form "locked" questions can now have their titles edited, making it easier to adjust the language of the question when someone is filling out the form. This is helpful for Pediatric practices who want to change the language to fit a parent filling out the form on behalf of their child.
➡️ You now have a new payment form in your account. You can use this form to send to patients to enter their credit card information, which will be stored on file for future use.
